The goods you order will be delivered to the address you have provided when the order was placed. Please provide a correct email address when placing the order so that Craft Island can notify you of any problems and keep you up to date with your order progress.
All stock items will be dispatched within one working day wherever possible.
Faulty items will be exchanged, but it is your (the customers) responsibility to return them to Craft Island. Replacements for the faulty item will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
Discrepencies with your delivery should be reported to Craft Island within two working days of receipt.
Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Any dates specifieid by Craft Island for delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate only. Craft Island will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Craft Island will contact you to inform you of any delay we are aware of.
If for whatever reason delivery cannot be made to your address, Craft Island will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected, if for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Craft Island. With Prior Authorization and within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from Craft Island in its original condition, for a free replacement or a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
To obtain Prior Authorization, you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before making the return with the following details in order for us to authorise a return.
+ Order number, together with your full name.
+ Item(s) you wish to return.
+ The reason for return of item. (damaged, received wrong item/size, a duplicate etc).
+ Tell us what action you would like Craft Island to take (refund or replacement).
When you have done the above, wait for an email from Craft Island. This will provide you with instructions regarding the replacement/refund.
Once Craft Island has received the returned items, you will receive an email regarding a progress report of your refund.
If a replacement is necessary due to an error on our part, we will re-ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item to be replaced is not due to our error, Craft Island will charge you for the shipping costs.
If you requested a refund, and the return of item is correctly authorised, we will credit the same card used for payment within 14 working days of our receiving your return. If the return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund
